Report a problem
Please include your app version, device, operating system, game mode and the steps that led to the issue. Describe what you expected and what happened instead. Screenshots can help; remove names and other data not needed to investigate. The app does not send diagnostic information automatically.
Players and saved games
Manage profiles under Players and choose participants in each game mode. Player profiles are not online accounts. Scores and results are stored locally. If a problem occurs, avoid deleting the app or its data initially so that saved games are preserved.
Share a score sheet
After completing a Straight Pool game, you can export its PDF score sheet and share it with an app of your choice. Check the included names before sharing.
Language and appearance
Under Settings → General, you can switch between German and English and adjust the appearance. The privacy policy and this help are also available there without internet access.
Privacy
See the privacy policy for information on local storage, backups, PDF exports, deletion and support requests. Support receives only information you choose to send.
